Order & Payment

Return and refund

vicyc will be strict with all our dresses and products, so actually we are so proud of our good quality and service. All the pictures in our website are real image, but because different material and light effect, there will be some difference between the pictures and real dresses, vicyc won't provide the refund or return because of that reason.
We need to pay our suppliers before they start making the dresses for customers, so every order is important to us, we will be careful with them. If you claim that there is some damage or something wrong such as the color or size of the dresses, please provide us the pictures of the dress, our special staffs will look into every case and solve the problems, actually we will make a careful confirmation of every order, so there won't be such problems indeed.
If you claim for a return or refund, please contact us within 3 working days after you get the dresses package.
vicyc can't offer refund or return in some part such as a product on sale or discount or clearance. If there is no reason we should take responsibility for the goods damage, we have the right to refuse a refund or return request.
